spacious layout shopping center tasty options
the classic king room had a spacious layout the room was clean. the hotel is close to a shopping center a very good feature. the breakfast buffet had many tasty options I appreciated this variety.
the wellness area time was limited to one hour daily this was somewhat inconvenient.

i found the location very convenient, close to the central train terminal. access to the airport was easy. the room i had was spacious and offered a great view. i appreciated the very good breakfast.
the shower had silicon joints covered with slight black mould.

city view efficient check-in good food
i enjoyed my room, it had really good panoramic views of the city. the check in was quick and efficient with the staff being very helpful and polite. the hotel has some very good food and drink options, including a great bar.
the espresso machine in my room was leaking water, so i needed to call for a replacement.

The room felt large. The view over the city was good from my room. Breakfast was really good and offered great VARIETY. The staff was polite and helpful. I arranged both early check-in and late check-out. The staff facilitated it.
the nespresso machine lacked MILK capsules, unexpected.

central location quality room comfortable bed rude host sanitizing cuts old towels
the location is quite central i found it very convenient the room itself had good quality bathroom amenities the bed and pillows ensured i slept well
the breakfast host was a bit rude this made for an unpleasant start i was also informed that the hotel is not sanitizing everything due to high cost cutting measures on hygiene are concerning old towels were provided too
